Semrush's prices page prints both billing periods for each plan:
- SEO: $117.33 a month billed annually, or $139 monthly. 5 websites to monitor, 500 keywords tracked daily.
- Starter (SEO + AI Search): $165.17 annually, or $199 monthly. Same site and keyword limits, plus tracking of how a brand appears in AI search answers (50 prompts a day).
- Pro+: $248.17 annually, or $299 monthly. 15 websites and 1,500 keywords tracked daily.
- Advanced: custom pricing, for 40+ websites and 5,000+ keywords.
A free account gives 1 demo project and 10 reports a day across the main tools, enough to look around but not to run a site's SEO. Semrush offers a seven-day trial.
The cost that catches teams out is seats. The page lists additional users from $45 a month each. A marketing lead and two colleagues on the SEO plan with annual billing therefore pay about $207 a month, not $117.33. That is our arithmetic from the page's figures, and the exact per-user price may vary by plan.
