Acceptance
By using https://stackfeature.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Stackfeature operates this site.
Information, not advice
The site reports what vendors publish about their software and works out what it costs at a given team size. It is not legal, tax, procurement or security advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship between you and us.
The disclaimer explains what the dated prices here do and do not promise.
Permitted use
You may read, quote and link to our work. Quoting requires attribution to Stackfeature and a link to the original article.
You may not:
- Republish substantial portions of articles without written permission.
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers.
- Present our content as your own, or as the output of another publication.
- Use our name or marks to imply endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
- Remove or obscure disclosures, disclaimers or source attribution when quoting.
Training machine-learning models on our content is permitted where the resulting system attributes and links back to the original. Our llms.txt states the same terms in a form machines can read.
Intellectual property
Articles, analysis and original graphics are our copyright or used under licence. Third-party names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only, which does not imply any affiliation.
Accuracy and availability
We verify claims against primary sources and publish our method, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current or error-free. Software prices change often, and dated figures are records of what a vendor published on a date rather than current quotes.
We do not guarantee the site will be available or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Third-party links
We link to external sources, providers and filings. We do not control those sites and take no responsibility for their content, accuracy, products or privacy practices. Commercial links are disclosed as described in the affiliate disclosure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site — including the cost of a purchase made after reading it.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the narrowest permitted exclusion applies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
