What you get, and the catch

- Prices are in euros excluding VAT, US regions cost more with far less traffic, and the page showed plans as currently unavailable on our read date.
Hetzner prices in euros, and every figure on its Regular Performance page excludes VAT. The cheapest shared-vCPU servers in its EU locations (Falkenstein, Nuremberg and Helsinki) on our read date were:

The included traffic is what stands out: 20 TB a month in EU regions, against hundreds of gigabytes to a few terabytes at similarly priced US-dollar providers. Location changes the deal, though. The same page lists a US server, CPX11 (2 vCPU, 2 GB, 40 GB), at €17.99 with 1 TB of traffic, and a Singapore variant of CPX02 at €7.99 with 0.5 TB.
Two cautions from the page itself. First, the price block is headed "Price incl. IPv4", but the text does not say directly whether the monthly figure includes the IPv4 address. Second, each order button on our read date was followed by "This product is currently unavailable. Please check back later." Check availability before you plan around a specific model. The Cloud overview also lists a cheaper Cost-Optimized line from €5.99, marked as currently not available.
