What you get, and the catch

- Teams that want to self-host several tools (a CRM, analytics, a help desk) on one or two servers without hand-writing every deployment.
- Watch out
- Coolify manages servers; it does not provide them. You still pay a server provider, and you still own backups and updates.
Coolify is a deployment panel. You connect it to servers you already have, and it deploys applications, databases and pre-packaged services onto them. The repository is licensed under Apache-2.0.
The pricing page has two options:
- Self-hosted: "Free forever", with full access to all features. Coolify says you can use "a VPS, a bare-metal server, a Raspberry Pi, or any other server that accepts SSH connections."
- Cloud: a hosted Coolify control plane at $5 a month, which connects 2 servers, plus $3 a month for each additional server. The page offers a 20% saving on annual billing but does not print the annual figure. The cloud version adds email notifications and additional support.
Both options allow unlimited team members. Extra teams on Cloud need an additional subscription per team.
Coolify belongs in this category because several of the open-source tools elsewhere on this site, from CRMs to analytics, are meant to run on a server you control. A deployment panel is one way a small team can run several of them without writing each deployment by hand. It does not remove the work of backups and updates.
