What you get, and the catch
- Best for
- Small companies that hire occasionally and want to start free with one role at a time.
- Watch out
- The free plan allows only one active position at a time, and the page did not attach billing labels to each price.
Breezy HR's pricing page starts with a free plan, Bootstrap, described as "Free Forever". It allows one active pool or position at a time, with unlimited users. That fits a company opening the occasional role.
The paid plans are flat monthly prices. The page prints two figures for each:
| Plan | Lower | Higher |
|---|---|---|
| Startup | $157/mo | $189/mo |
| Growth | $273/mo | $329/mo |
| Business | $439/mo | $529/mo |
The page offers annual and monthly toggles and says "Annual pricing includes 2 months free!" The text we read does not attach a label to each price, but the figures fit that statement: $189 × 10 months is $1,890, and $157 × 12 is $1,884. We therefore treat the lower figure as the per-month cost on annual billing. A custom Pro plan is available on request, and every plan has a 14-day full-feature trial with no card needed.
The pricing page does not mention single sign-on. Ask Breezy if your company requires it.
