Shopify charges per store, not per seat, but staff accounts are tied to the plan. The pricing page printed these USD prices on our read date:

The gap between Basic and Grow is mostly about people. On Basic, additional staff accounts are listed as "Not included", so a shop with even two people managing orders should look at Grow. Each plan includes 10 inventory locations except Plus, which allows 200. POS Pro for physical shops is an add-on at $89 a month per location.
Card-processing rates and third-party payment fees are what most affect a store's real cost, and they vary by plan and country. They were not printed in the page text we read, so we do not quote them. Check them on Shopify's page for your country before comparing Shopify with a builder that charges a flat transaction percentage.
